We do not accept returns or refunds for custom fabrication projects. Payment must be made in full prior to shipping any custom fabricated products. If we are responsible for any defective products or mistakes that do not match the approved artwork, we will do everything possible to make it right and get you the corrected products. PaverTurf is not responsible for any wrong dimensions provided by customer or any approved artwork signed off by customer. Any on-site building changes that alter or affect project dimensions that take place after approved artwork are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item and shipping is non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include all original materials. PaverTurf reserves the right to refuse a return, if product is used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve checked and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return item to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
